Rainstorm Car Wash

this location has issues with thier rinses. I went there yesterday and my car is covered in soap. I could also see the car in front of me had soap on it as well as they exited. When I pulled over I can clearly see puddling soap under your car. I complained to an employee and was told they are working on the issue. I called the manager today and he said he was not aware of an issue yesterday and I said that's not what the employee told me. He then became kind short with me on the call and said they are working on it. I noticed this was happening months ago so I started going to another location. I think this has been going on a long time. Now I think I'll just cancel my membership and go somewhere else. I'm not paying for my paint to get ruined.

Been going here for 5 months and just added my second car to my plan for 19.99 two days later the system renewed both cars. When I went in to see about a refund on just the 19.99 that got taken out i was told ya im not doing that because it renews the same day every month, then someone should have told me that before i added the car 2 days before the renewal. Told him to cancel the entire package for both cars and was told to scan the code. But when you go to cancel the plan it cant find your plan on file. But last night I saw all my transactions for the past 5 months.

Every time I have to interact with one of the car wash attendants (manager maybe) on Hedley, he is rude, dismissive and borderline mean. I’m a monthly subscriber so I will either be looking to use a different rainstorm location in the future or end my subscription or both. I don’t want to deal with him again! Washing a car should not be that intense. Three stars because the car wash itself is fine. All car washes I’ve ever used leave soap behind and this one is no different. But, my vehicle gets cleaned. They have extra towels and supplies available to help you clean your car on the inside or if there is extra soap to wipe off. That is a nice perk.

Current management is terrible. New kid directing cars ran me into the back of the truck in front of me bc he told me to get on the track too soon. They had stop the wash and have me back up to go through again. Manager came out and was super pissy at my like it was my fault and I couldn't follow directions. When I asked if I just hit the back of the truck in front of me, He shrugged and said "I dont think so". Fortunately only damaged my license plate cover (and the other driver apparently didnt notice). Also, vacuums have been taken down for over a month now? I cant imagine this place will be around much longer with this level of customer service/experience. I've been a fast pass member for 5+ years. will likely be canceling soon.

This location has continued to go down in quality. I have a membership and have been going here for 5 years. Today the car wash stopped halfway through and did not properly rinse off the soap. The air hoses for blowing off water have been removed and there were no vacuums hooked up. This location needs updating and repair badly. Club Car Wash might be a better option.
